Lunch Bytes
Thursday, February 11, 2021
Join us for Lunch Bytes, a virtual luncheon with Seattle Humane. 2020 challenged us all to quickly innovate in order to move forward. We are excited to bring you a program highlighting outside-the-box thinking from animal welfare advocates as well as COVID-necessitated changes to our own work at Seattle Humane. You will hear from two advocates working to ban the sale of puppy mill dogs from pet stores in Washington State, meet our new CEO, and have your questions answered on a range of pet-related topics from fostering to separation anxiety.
Seattle Humane’s reach and impact in the community has grown over the past year to address the financial hardships many families are facing, as COVID-19 continues to take a devastating economic toll on our friends and neighbors. We have focused heavily in 2020 on not just completing families, but making sure pet families in our community are able to stay together. This has been a year of challenges, and Seattle Humane has continued to expand its life-saving impact throughout the community by thinking outside the box. Join us at Lunch Bytes to learn more!
There is no fee to participate in Lunch Bytes. You will have an opportunity to make a gift during the event in support of our life-saving and essential programs, and can support our impact now through the “purchase” of essential supplies and services on the Lunch Bytes website. Funds raised will help pets in need and the people who love them through support of our Foster, Veterinary Medicine, Pet Food Bank and other Community Outreach Programs.
Online registration for Lunch Bytes is closed. Please email events@seattlehumane.org to register.
